RECHERCHE :

I am a condensed matter theorist working on Dirac materials including graphene, topological insulators, Weyl semimetals. In the past, I have studied transport properties of graphene devices, and hybrid junctions between superconductors and graphene or topological insulators.

More recently, I am interested in the coupling of light with Dirac systems (Jonathan Atteia’s thesis, 2017), and more generally time-dependent driving and out-of equilibrium phenomena in graphene and topological insulators using the Floquet technique in particular.

I have also collaborated a lot with my colleague Alexander Buzdin (LOMA, Bordeaux) on various problems involving the coexistence of superconductivity, magnetism, and/or spin-orbit coupling  both in materials (FFLO phases) or in mesoscopic physics devices (Julie Baumard’s thesis, 2019).
