Welcome to Zaiyi’s homepage!

I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate working with Juho Lintuvuori in the Instability and Turbulence group in LOMA. I received my Ph.D in Physics in Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire de Physique (LiPhy), where I studied the collective behaviors of red blood cells in confined flows under the supervision of Chaouqi Misbah in the Dynamics of Complex Fluids and Morphogenesis group. My current research topics are numerical simulations of active particle suspensions, for example, including microswimmers and spinners in a fluid. I focus on the fluid-particle interactions induced assembly of the motile objects. I am especially interested in utilizing hydrodynamic ways to create dynamic structures for the medical targets.
